Almost correct. It's a common misconception, but ordering plain "kopi" 
in a coffee shop might result in coffee with condensed/sweetened milk; Kopi-C however comes with evaporated milk (which isnt as sweet) instead of condensed milk. The "C" in the name is derived from "Carnation", a common brand of evaporated milk.
