I got a $30 Singtel tourist SIM at the Singtel kiosk in the mall
attached to the conference centre. It took about 5 mins once I got to
the head of the queue. They needed my passport, apparently a legal
requirement here.

I get 100GB of data, 3000 local minutes, 5000 local SMS, 90
international minutes, good for 10 days. Seems like a better deal
than the 15+15. It also includes 2GB good for a month in Malaysia,
Indonesia, and Australia.

It should also be available at Singtel kiosks at the airport.

John
