Techs at the desk are usually clueless ;) Mikael is right. That’s data access *from* Singapore, vs roaming from other countries. Singaporean mobile providers usually include free or discounted roaming for neighbouring countries even in their prepaid plans, and that’s what they’re describing. There is no way allowing connections to Singaporean-only IPs would ever work :) Cheers, Harry
