ack.  and sympathies.  but that's 100 letters three months in advance or
100 letters three weeks in advance (or whatever).  procrastination can
make tasks disappear; but probably not in this case.  perhaps the issue
is one of priorities.  with much of the logistics, the pain of delay is
eventually felt by those delaying.  with visas, the cost and the benefit
are quite separated.
