IMPORTANT MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

Hot RFC Lighting Talks

Join us in Chitlada 3 on Sunday from 18:00-20:00 for the
Request for Conversation (HotRFC) lightning talk session! Goals
include encouraging brainstorming conversations, helping new work
ideas to find co-collaborators, raising awareness of relevant
work going on elsewhere, and promote BarBofs.

Code Lounge

All attendees now have the opportunity to schedule time in
the Code Lounge to continue to work on hackathon and other coding
projects during the week of IETF 103:
https://trac.ietf.org/trac/ietf/meeting/wiki/103codelounge <https://trac.ietf.org/trac/ietf/meeting/wiki/103codelounge>

The Code Lounge is a portion of the IETF Lounge set aside for
groups to meet informally to brainstorm, code and otherwise test
out their ideas. We hope that you give it a try, and we look
forward to hearing any suggestions on how it can be improved.

In addition, because we know that snacking leads to better coding,
we will be providing some snacks in the IETF 103 Code Lounge (Sala Thai Ballroom room) each afternoon, Monday through Thursday.

Unofficial Side Meetings at IETF

The IESG is providing a number of attendee sign-up rooms at IETF 103 in Bangkok. Meetings held in these rooms are subject to the IETF Meeting Room Policy.

To schedule an unofficial side meeting, please use the IETF meeting wiki <https://trac.ietf.org/trac/ietf/meeting/wiki/103sidemeetings>. Please provide a point of contact and a meeting description. Monday through Thursday there are two rooms available for side meetings; these rooms can be reserved in 1/2 time slots. On Friday there are eight rooms available for side meetings, and the wiki table is broken down into 1-hour time slots; if your meeting will be longer than one hour, please make sure to fill in additional table fields.

Hackdemo Happy Hour

Join us in the Sala Thai Ballroom on Monday from 18:30-20:00 to view
demonstrations of the great work that was done during the
Hackathon! Snacks will be provided and a cash bar available.
