John, basically, meetecho needs a way for remote speakers (presenters or not)
to sort out their variety of mute buttons while waiting in the queue.

People need to learn the value of an $80 gamer headset (over ear cushions and
boom mic), over trying to use their iPhone ear buds, or worse, their laptop
built-in mic.
