I had mine done at the Windsor, ON airport.  It was interesting as the CBSA people at the US-CA border didn’t know about that (airline) side of the NEXUS program.  Last time I arrived in Canada I did not have to speak to a single person once I got off the plane until I was in a taxi.  Assuming you qualify, this is something to ease your travel experience and time in the airport.  Makes my life easier so I want to share it with you.  

It also helps when I’m traveling with the family at the Buffalo/Niagra area — there’s a NEXUS lane on the far right that is often empty when entering Canada while the other lanes are very full.
