Thanks all.

Due to a "travel document misunderstanding", I will be participating 
remotely until Wednesday. Guess it was a good thing I was lazy about 
buying up social tickets. :^) Sticking with the 747 bus seems good; it 
does not sound like there is any meaningfully faster or safer option.
