I bought a plug for 2.50 sgd at a store one escalator ride away from the meeting rooms. Given that my company paid in the excess of 6000 usd for me to be here, these extra 2.50 make no difference at all.
Adding the burden of shipping power strips to the Noc folk is seriously not worth it.
