Hello,

A few updates and reminders ahead of the second day of IETF 108 meeting sessions scheduled to start at 1100 UTC on 28 July 2020:

+ Meetecho sessions now will be open 10 minutes before the session's published start time and will be automatically closed 5 minutes after scheduled end times; closing promptly is required to avoid problems across audio-only streaming and recording.

+ It is possible to join different meeting sessions from browser windows at the same time; it is not possible to join any particular session more than once.

+ Audio input or output preference should be set before joining a session; changing those in the middle of a session will likely break audio.

+ More details are available on the IETF 108 session guides:
https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/108/session-participant-guide/
https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/108/session-chair-guide/

+ A Meetecho testing session is generally available throughout the meeting week for IETF 108 participants at:

https://gce.conf.meetecho.com/conference/?group=prova

Beginning 30 minutes before the start of sessions (1030 UTC) through 30 minutes after sessions conclude (1620 UTC) each day there will be someone in the session to help with testing and answer questions.

As always, links to session information, including Meetecho conferencing, materials, and shared session notepads are available via:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/agenda/

Issues arising during the meeting may be reported here via the appropriate links:

https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/issues/

Best wishes for a productive second day of the IETF 108 Online meeting.

-Greg
