Already saw that happening via chat in more than one meeting session.  Meetecho enabling chat without having to use jabber directly is a definite plus, and all chat comments all make it to the log (talking over each other is easier to sort out in chat).  Perhaps at end of session, speaker takes questions only via chat with chat and/or audio answers at their discretion?

This all but requires two session chairs - one to pay attention to the presentation/presenter (e.g., monitor time usage, staying on topic, etc.) and one to ride herd on chat.
