I am not sure what is the bug, I dont want to blame any version of IP.

It might be because NAT64 is not there.
It might be because gather software does not plug an IPv6 receiver and 
an IPv4 stream, or vice-versa.

But the problem is there, and was there at the preceding IETF gather as 
well.

I must add that just me on IPv6 on gather.town works fine.
