Some of you may have missed the following important element of the current consultation (in addition to the survey), which I believe addresses many of the points raised so far. For example, it describes a new ‘onsite’ version of Meetecho intended to be used by people physically in a WG session to join the microphone queue and participate in the chat, while getting their audio/video from the room feed. 

We propose to operate COVID-impacted meetings in compliance with the interim planning guidelines as set out in:
