My fear is that Madrid is quite some time away, and the policy *now* may
just set us up for disappointment later.

Singapore had been opening up for 5 months, going from 0 to 2 to 5 to 8
-people gathering, and this week we slammed it back to 2.

Truly, prediction is difficult, especially about the future.
