I didn’t say that, nor could anything I said be in any way misinterpreted as saying that.  

Yes accessibility concerns are very important to everyone responsible for our systems including the LLC, Meetecho and the Tools Team.  However, as there is a limit to how many interface elements can be simultaneously displayed on a single screen at a chosen text size, the only guaranteed solution is increased screen real estate.
