Welcome to IETF 113, hosted by Huawei. We are expecting over 1200 participants: approximately 300 onsite in Vienna and 950 remote, from all over the world.

Thank you to Huawei for hosting and thank you also to our Gold Diversity and Inclusivity sponsors, Akamai and Cisco, and to our Bronze sponsors, Donuts, Verisign and CNNIC. Also a big thanks to our Connectivity Sponsor and Local Supporter, Next Level.

To help you get the most from this meeting, there is a table of useful reference information below.

This 113all list is used for administrative announcements by the IETF Chair, the Secretariat, the NOC, and myself, the IETF Executive Director. It will be used sparingly.

Again, welcome and have a productive meeting.

Using Meetecho

Meetecho is the platform for all IETF 113 sessions, including the Plenary, and all participants will need to join Meetecho to participate, either via "Meetecho Lite" onsite or via a WebRTC enabled browser remotely. Meetecho has been recently updated in order to manage the new hybrid meeting model, so we recommend you review the guidelines before sessions begin. If you are onsite, please take particular note of the "Meetecho Lite" information about how to join a queue and sign bluesheets from a mobile device.
