It is one thing to be able to read and write English clearly.  It is 
quite another challenge to speak it clearly over remote video, or even 
live sessions.  Especially to those of us with hearing processing 
challenges as well.

I can point to participants in the past from non-english speaking 
countries with superb writing abilities who have taken many of us to 
task about our writing skills with accents so thick as to be a real problem.
