During this session, Elad Nafshi, Executive Vice President, Chief Network Officer at Comcast Cable, shared his view on the future needs of broadband users and explained how Comcast is working to meet those needs. Comcast’s efforts include pushing fiber deeper into neighborhoods and even directly to the home, introducing vastly increased upstream speeds by evolving the HFC spectrum plan, technology and physical network, while also deploying ultra-low latency.
