Yes I = had the same but I got the message too that my certificate is being = examined and I should receive an email in a few days if I remember = correctly. 

FWIW, = yesterday evening my time (Eastern),  I submitted my vaccine = certificate by uploading it and got a message an hour later that it has = been examined and accepted. That was = fast.
