New Participant Meetecho testing and Q&A 
We will be holding 3 Meetecho test sessions for New Participants.  Meetecho is a tool that is used for every working group meeting and other public sessions.  If you have never used Meetecho and are attending IETF 119 either onsite or remotely, join us to learn how to use Meetecho so you are prepared.  It will help to make the most of your meeting experience!
