IETF 122 Bangkok 15-21 March 2025 Hosted by Juniper Networks Thank you for registering for the IETF 122 Bangkok meeting which starts in just a few days! Whether you are planning to participate in-person or remotely, here is some information to help you get the most out of the meeting before it starts. # Review information about preparing for the IETF meeting A quick review of the information about how to use Meetecho, the main IETF meeting participation tool used by both remote and onsite participants, will help you get the most from IETF 122 from your very first session: https://www.ietf.org/meeting/preparation/ # Catch up on the IETF 122 agenda Take another look at the IETF 122 agenda before meeting week to be sure you have your IETF meeting week properly planned. There are always a few last-minute changes to IETF meeting schedules as sessions are finalized, including updates to individual session agendas. https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/122/agenda **If you are participating in-person, here are some additional tips before you arrive at the meeting venue:** # Bring refillable water bottles for hydration stations We encourage meeting participants to travel with refillable water bottles, as we will not be providing single-use bottles of still water. The IETF 122 venue, Marriott Queens Park, offers water stations throughout meeting room areas. # Get Ready for Board Game Night on Tuesday, special Jeopardy edition! Join the IETF 122 Board Game Night on Tuesday, 18 March 2025 from 19:00-23:00 ICT in Meeting Room 6 on the 7th floor of the Marriott Queens Park. Board Game Night is an opportunity to come together and play board games while enjoying light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. While games and puzzles of varying difficulty and length will be provided (see list below), we also encourage you to pack and bring your favorite games. We’re also excited to announce that we will be offering two rounds of Jeopardy hosted by 4-time daily champion and Tournament of Champions Jeopardy player Suresh Krishnan—who is also a current Internet Architecture Board member! **Pre-registration is required, so please sign-up via your participant dashboard linked below:** https://registration.ietf.org/participant-dashboard/ Play requires a laptop, so please bring your laptop to Game Night if you sign up for Jeopardy. # Be ready for airconditioned meeting rooms by bringing clothing layers The weather forecast predicts very hot temperatures during the IETF 122 Bangkok meeting with a little rain. However, please consider when packing that the venue will be heavily air conditioned, so layers are encouraged. We look forward to seeing you at IETF 122!
