Alex, 

This WGLC solicitation is an honor of 16ng members 
following the last meeting consensus. First, let's see 
how many feedbacks/comments are shown on the list.
After that, chairs will make a decision whether or not 
we do more processes.

So far, I don't see strong supports on this WGLC 
unfortunately...:-(
