Folks, The WGLC has concluded. I guess authors of this document has to work for a new revision ASAP addressing and resolving the comments received during the WGLC. Then, chairs will see how to move it on. (Personally, we need more works for this document to be ready for IESG though...) Thanks to all those who brought up comments on the WGLC.
