My only complaint about the Hilton is that there is some kind of 
thermostat on the bath which prevents it from running hot water.

It says "38" (presumably deg C) but it feels just a couple of degrees 
above body temperature (aka "lukewarm").  The tap in the sink doesn't seem 
to have the same problem- the water there is acceptably hot.
