Right.  So I've aimed at making the http://tools.ietf.org/wg/imapext/
page show all the relevant information; what's really represented only
by the link to the charter page is the charter itself.  I could insert
an expandable section for that at the top; that would probably be a good
addition.  Otherwise, the tools.ietf.org page has document dates and
the ability to sort on those -- it used to have "New!" indications in
red, too, which would fade after 5 days; but I removed them as they
required very frequent page updates to be meaningful.  However, the RSS
feed page, which most modern browsers will render decently, gives you an
slternative "What's new" list: http://tools.ietf.org/wg/imapext/new-ids.rss
