In my experience, the UK is worse. By far.

Anyway, I'm mainly barging into this thread to add my overall comments:

Perfect network: Thank you!

Good location: Prague is a worthy host of an IETF meeting.

Venue itself: The only complaint I might voice is that such
a new building kind of defeated the charm of being in Prague. 
That was likely unavoidable, though.

The weather: $#^$%. One week earlier would have been perfect,
and probably two weeks later as well. Shucks. 

Social event: Good food, perfect location.
