  Information. That's all I needed.

  If I'd been told that my "non-smoking room" would be connected to a
hallway that shares airspace with a smokey Atrium... I'd have booked
in another hotel. 

  (Ditto on the cookies.  If the cookies can't be nut-free, then a person
just needs to know that in advance. )

  I will return to Prague, but before I'd stay in that Hilton, I'd want
to know if they've fixed various problems.
  I agree it was a better experience than the Dallas Anatole, actually.
(The flood there... was a + for me, since it was interesting,btw)
