Hi Jon, Right now, the CoAP envisions an attribute protocol that follows REST (GET, SET, PUT and DELETE). The structures and attribute content formats are not addressed (and probably would not be). It would then be up to individual application developers to define these structures. In this regard, I would assume that CoAP would not end up looking like either existing ZigBee device profiles or have the application specifics of the ZigBee Cluster Library. I'm looking at the Zigbee specs for these and I can't use them because of their GPL incompatibly. What alternatives exist? I currently have 6lowpan and http running on a mc13224. -- Jon Smirl jonsmirl@gmail.com _______________________________________________ 6lowapp mailing list 6lowapp@ietf.org https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/6lowapp
