Hi Kerry,

All the IETF meeting should be open and you can join them and we  
welcome your participation. There's really no such thing as "member"  
of the IETF, just individuals that participate. I could be confused,  
but I don't think there was a meeting yesterday. If there was any sort  
of official IETF meeting, you should have been able to join it.
