BT-LE is != Classic BT
This is what was clearly stated and explained in the presentation.

Not true again. When you go into the details of the Phy/Mac for BT-LE you
will see that it is a completely new air interface. The use cases for
BT-LE are completely different from classic BT.
Obviously we cannot discuss the Phy/Mac details in-depth at an IETF
meeting given the 10 mins of time.

And what we are specifying here is how to run IPv6 using 6lowpan
techniques over an air-interface that is low-power.
