The "secure zero touch design team" is my attempt to consisely elucidate the
mandate of the 6tisch security design team.  I claim that this text is the
rough consensus of the design team; I do not claim that it is endorsed by
anyone other than myself, and I would welcome other approaches to solving the
zero touch enrollment problem.

I do not agree that there is any issue with the well-known beacon key.
