http://www.gvrd.bc.ca/water/default.asp is advising if one is
immunocompromised it would be a good idea to drink boiled, or boiled
equivalent. 

I do not know it my favourite brand of water is such, but Urban Café, two
blocks from the Marriot and Renaissance on West Hastings has Ice Age*
glacier water for $2/lt. Cheap enough for coffee and tooth brushing and the
like.

They are open now, and stay open until midnight. (There is also over-priced
but very good maple syrup ($12/.5 lt) which makes a good gift, but I
wouldn't suggest brushing one's teeth with it.
