Correction - housekeeping just knocked on my door with this letter (but no water):

Dear Valued Guest,
Due to high level of recent rainfall and runoff, we are currently experiencing higher than normal levels of water turbidity, or brown water. While the water may not be aesthetically pleasing, our local health authority has deemed that the water remains acceptable to drink and does not pose any significant health risk

The letter goes on, and says that the bottled water is available on request, and they continue to monitor water quality.
Anyway, what's a "significant health risk" and why is it that we have to request the water? I thought it was gonna be here when I arrive.

I saw the letter from Mr. Tremblay, so I will wait - I am on the 10th floor. Maybe the water delivery os slower than the letter delivery.
