It's the same in the Marriott this evening.  There was a news item on TV
today that because of heavy rain and resulting overflows into the water
supply to expect this possibility.  They also suggested boiling the
water before consuming it!

Not certain if it is related to the construction or not but the water  
from the sink in my room is quite ... Murky.

And I thought the last IETF hotel was odd...
