Yes.

It continues to go up and down.  It was up at the beginning of the  
RUCUS BOF, then it went down for about 20 minutes. Then it was back  
up for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and now it's down again.

I've raised tickets with 'mtd@ietf.org'.

Dan (who is *trying* to be a Jabber scribe for remote participants,  
but it's darn hard to do when the server doesn't stay up!)
