Jordi,

I am sure the T-shirt allocation and distribution could be improved, 
but I feel compelled to point out that it is NOT a requirement that
the host provide the T-shirts. It is something they can choose to do.
In the past, you only got a T-shirt if you paid for the social ticket, 
that has been extended to "everyone" more recently.
