We would like to reiterate that the guestroom network is not under NOC control.  The hotel should be the primary point-of-contact for in-room issues.  It should be understood that the hotel's resources are limited.  They are doing the best that they can for our rather demanding crowd.  Their network simply hasn't been beaten on like this before.  Please bear with them.

We are providing both a wireless and wired network in all common areas, lounges and restaurants that is a clear pipe to the internet.
