Unfortunately I can not agree - I'd preferably rely on a carrier-grade
steered ship! 
Having a large scale thing without any idea where it is cruising around
would rather play in the hands of the pirates (already waiting...).
Arriving maybe somewhere, having lost half of the critical load without
knowing where and why that happened is surely not the right thing to
satisfy any customers...

...not that I don't know that cruising around can be more fun
occasionally!
