let me know YOUR preferred date and time for the visit ( i suggest the 
very beginning of the week,  around 17:30 to loose yust one session )

let'say 15:00 CEST is the deadline of "subscription", so we can have an 
answer from them before to reach the meeting.

please don't answer just "me also" but state what date/time is better.
