In that case, put the rfid blocker tab on your rfid and do not worry
about it further. The same people that are not going to be signing the
blue sheets aren't going to be rfid tagging, so the actual list of
attendees shouldn't change. And certainly it will make the ringmarole
with the blue sheets passing around much easier. Welcome to the
future.
