Arrangements have been made for the transcript to be available to the
IAB immediately after the Plenary.

Hmmm. we tried this in the past (2+ years ago) and it turns out that
was a bit more difficult to accomplish. It was transmitted at first 1
character at a time, then it was in bursts of words not like we see it
in the room. There needs to be some coding done. The original effort
was contributed by NeuStar.

If this experiment has value and is continued, perhaps we could get a
volunteer to work on this effort.
