2) Event Location & Map
3) Tickets and Wrist Bands

1) Bus Transit to and from Social Event
Because IETF attendees are staying at a variety of different hotels
throughout Maastricht, the host is providing a number of buses, with
tailored schedules and routes, to get people to and from the social
venue. Hostesses will be outside the MECC to help you find the right
bus. There are multiple buses, and they will leave as they fill.

At 18:15, buses will depart the MECC for the following hotels:
- Amrath Hotel du Casque
- Hotel Derlon
- Hotel Mabi Maastricht
- Bastion Hotel Maastricht
- Kruisherenhotel Maastricht
- Amrath Grand Hotel de l'Empereur
- Beaumont Maastricht
- Crowne Plaza Maastricht
- Eden Design Maastricht
- Townhouse Hotel Maastricht
- Accor hotel, Novotel Maastricht
- Apple Park Hotel, Golden Tulip
- Hotel van der Valk maastricht

Each bus will be labeled with the destination hotel(s).

At 19:15 buses will depart for the social event from the following
hotels:
- Accor hotel, Novotel Maastricht
- Apple Park Hotel, Golden Tulip
- Hotel van der Valk maastricht
- Apart Hotel Randwyck
- NH Maastricht

At 22:45 buses will depart the social event venue for those same hotels.

Attendees staying at any of the city centre hotels are close enough to
walk.

2) Event Location & Map
The event is taking place at Maasboulevard & Rederij Stiphout at the
banks of the Meuse river on three boats from the Rederij Stiphout
fleet. The boats are anchored and will remain so during the social
event, so that you can move between the boats as you wish.

3) Tickets and Wrist Bands
Hostesses will greet you when you arrive at the venue, and will
exchange your ticket for a wrist band that will enable you to move on
and off the boats, and get food and drink.
