Stephen,

As I noted in my email on August 26 (http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/ietf-announce/current/msg07830.html 
) host letters of invitation are processed in approximately 3 business  
days. You registered for the meeting this past Friday morning Beijing  
time, so you can expect to receive the letter in another day or so.
