I am wondering, what is your definition of a small city ? Hiroshima's
population would be the 4th largest city of the US if transplanted to the
US. Or to say it in another way, it is larger than San Jose and San
Francisco combined.

> Yup. Maastricht was lovely. My windows were surprisingly soundproof, which was a good thing...   The bus service was great too--it's nice to see a city where public transit really works.  Seeing the guy riding his bike with the Weimaraner running beside out the bus window was a highlight.
