This may be obvious, but that is usually the best place to start...

Make sure to check your junk/spam folders...

I received mine 3 days after registering and requesting the LOI.
However, it sat for a week or two in my junk mail folder.

In any case, you can request a paper copy to be mailed to you I believe,
at your cost.  There was a link on the site to do this.
