Actually, $32.50.  I get mixed reports about whether the drivers expect a 
tip.

There is no other practical way to get between the airport and your hotel. 
The city bus is timed for people who work there, so it only goes to the 
airport around 9 AM and from the airport around 5 PM.  I hear that if we 
come back in two years there will finally be a decent airport bus.
