I did the direct bus from Montreal airport to downtown Quebec City
yesterday. Here's what I know:

There aren't many direct buses from the airport to Quebec, but if there's
one that works for you (given your arrival time), you buy your tickets from
the Foreign Exchange booth to your left as you exit the International
Arrivals secure area. It has an "ICE" sign posted - that was my clue to ask.

The tickets are cash-only. There's an ATM right in front of the Foreign
Exchange booth, and that worked for me. About $70, one-way.

Once you buy your ticket, out the door to the right, about 100 meters to
Stand 7.

There are two stops in Quebec - you want the second ("end of the line").
It's about 1.5 Km from the Hilton (and the Delta), which could be walkable
if you're OK dragging bags up the hill (Quebec isn't as hilly as San
Francisco at its hilliest, but it's uphill to the hotel). If not, taxis are
to your left as you walk from the bus toward the bus terminal, and mine was
$10 CDN including tip.

Hope this is helpful!
