A Japanese example.
Prepaid SIM is not a popular product.
The reason prevents a crime. (...really?)
There are not so many shops selling it.
It is necessary to go to the shop of "Softbank Mobile".
An identification card is necessary.

I think that "Prepaid SIM BoF" is necessary. :-)
