You meant Africa is a place of endemic infectious  diseases. Go tell people attending IGF in NAIROBI  and ICANN  in Dakar this year.

I have seen good people who attended meetings and travel to various places of the continent without  problem.

If you were looking for info, it is wise to  just ask. We can draft an I-D about  this if you prefer.
