Add Chase for several of their cards, and Amex (Platinum/Centurion) to the forex-free list. I believe Ally, HSBC Premier, and CitiGold (maybe - outside of the US they don't, but not sure about in the US) also don't charge for ATM withdrawals... so there's quite a few options for frequent travelers.
